Although I have some fond memories of The Waterfront from my days at The Independent, this bar is more Old Docks than Nu Wharf. You'll find young Essex office workers, plenty of Jack The Lads and middle-aged 'gentlemen' preparing for the upstairs strip club.
In short this place is not a reflection of the young, affluent, urbanite London we're frequently told about - just a standard boozer in an above-standard location.

Love this place, went to my leaving do's here. Upstairs, Majingo's, brilliant. Free to get in on Mondays, best strippers ever. Get in!!!
Good for a quick one. NY Resolutions mean no booze for me but they do some great virgin cocktails! I like the crisp slection as well.

Have been here before, place upstairs is a strip club and downstairs is full of 18 year olds. Not sure who rated this place highly and I was there in May 06.
I've found my Babylon! Love it, just love it.
Waterfront holds a special place in my heart. Great drinks, food and company. I especially like upstairs - everyone is v.friendly!

Tony's spot on. This place is the bomb. I wouldn't be seen anywhere else.
